This company was established in 1992 by Rimbunan Hijau Group in order to produce optical fibers, cables and associated devices, accessories in Malaysia. Hi, I strongly DO NOT recommend PenangFon. PenangFon sucks!I just subscribed to Penangfon for almost one and half month++(mid Oct 2010) and was able to access the internet during first initial setup. Then I was away for 2 weeks and gotten busy that I din use PenangFon. When I was back last month and tried to connect it shows limited or no connectivity. I call their service center which was available 7am -12midnight to ask whats the problem and did not get any resolution from PenangFon. Now I asked them to send a tech over to be on site earlier this week and nobody came. I asked PenangFon again today and PenangFon says their tech don't work on Sunday but will try to send somebody over tomorrow. I asked them to send someone on Tuesday(public holiday) and Penangfon says ok. So stay tuned on Tuesday....
ReplyDeleteBTW I am using DIGI BROADBAND RM38 package to do this posting. So far I never had any problem using it.
